Modalities for Inner Transformation

Hypnotherapy:

A simple shifting of your focus inward, for discovery and healing. Up to 90% of our beliefs and behaviors live in the subconscious. In hypnotherapy, we use a natural, relaxed stated of focused awareness, plus somatic mind/body processes, to discover the root causes of your blocks and outdated subconscious beliefs. With this gentle yet powerful method, you reframe and release old beliefs and strategies that are no longer serving you. We also look deep into the shadows, bringing light to areas where you may be playing the victim or being untruthful, critical, or manipulative to yourself or others. This means you can move forward with new, consciously held beliefs and behaviors that are more in alignment with your core values and an enhanced sense of character. This is freedom.


Yoga Nidra Meditation: 

Literally "yogic sleep," yoga nidra is a centuries-old modality designed for relaxation and healing of the mind, body, energy, and emotions. It's been called "meditation for people who can't meditate." It is a meditation, a nap, hypnosis, and pure magic all wrapped up in one. 

There are no awkward physical poses here! You simply lie down on a mat, couch, or even your bed, and you are gently led through easy, natural relaxation processes to:

  • unwind stress and tension at all levels of your being
  • become more aware of your highest self, that witness perspective beyond the ego mind
  • connect internally and with your own sources of wisdom and insight
  • reset the nervous system for clarity and equanimity

I offer this important stress-relieving modality monthly because almost everyone I know is very stressed these days. Change and transformation are more accessible once we've started regularly prioritizing time to rest and renew ourselves.

Note: Individuals with significant trauma are best served to do a 1:1 session first. 


Mentoring:  

This is an empowering and interactive process to identify your core values and strengths, unfold your deepest longings, and discern where you can show up with greater authenticity in your every day life. I bring to our discussions a diverse toolbox, including powerful questions and somatic (mind/body) work, combined to help facilitate "A-ha!" moments for you. You start to see your old patterns more clearly and to choose new patterns. With my gentle yet firm support and encouragement, you access your own unique skillset and inner wisdom so you can direct it towards the fulfillment of your highest potential.  

Individual Sessions (Online currently)

Individual sessions can incorporate any of the healing modalities listed above, customized to your needs. Currently booked out. New clients, please email to get on the waiting list.


Duration:  About 90 minutes 

Your Investment:  $130 per session 


Fees are payable in full at each session via Venmo (preferred, a free service) or credit card.  Not billable to insurance.


Sliding Scale:  In support of equity and anti-racist policies, I can offer a reduced fee, particularly for BIPOC, LGBTQI+, or individuals experiencing poverty.

Group Sessions (Online currently)

Group sessions vary in content and price (some free or pay-what-you-can). We may incorporate yoga nidra meditation, hypnotherapy, group mentoring, and Council/connection circles methods.


Scheduled on about a monthly basis, group sessions are an opportunity to experience various healing modalities in community. 


Often group work can be more powerful than individual work because it brings up interpersonal dynamics and triggers, but also helps you feel held in a healthy group container, which you might not have experienced before.

Additional Information

All are welcome.  I accept you where you are and however you identify yourself. We all “edit” ourselves to a certain extent when talking to friends or family. I aim to create a very safe, non-judgmental space, and I encourage you to speak as truthfully and openly as you are able.  


Changing habits and creating possibilities is a process. By deciding to work together, you acknowledge that you want to make significant progress and change in your life, and you are committing yourself to the process. 


I generally recommend two sessions per month.  As with any relationship, we share responsibility for its success. My responsibility is in offering a safe space, being present for you with respect, listening with empathy, providing skillful feedback, and sharing healing modalities. Your responsibility is to be present with openness and honesty and to commit to taking action (including completion of any assignments outside the sessions).


The primary objectives are self-improvement and personal growth. You are actively involved in the process and ultimately responsible for the number of sessions and the changes you wish to make. I do not guarantee or promise any specific outcomes. I also do not diagnose. My services are not intended to replace medical or psychological therapies and services, but may be used in conjunction with them. 


This work has been truly transformational in my own life, and I very much look forward to sharing it with you.
